Day 1: Airrival at Paro Airport (65 km in 2 hrs)
On arrival Northeast Trip Planner representative will escort you towards your vehicle for your onward Journey to Thimphu the capital of Bhutan. Overnight stay at Thimphu.
Day 2 :Thimphu Sigthseeing (08:30-am to 04 pm)
After breakfast proceed for full day Thimphu sightseening . Visit Folk Mesuem,Memorial Chorten,Khunsel Phorang – Worlds largest sitting Buddha statue,Takin Reserve & mini Zoo,BBS Tower the veiw point of Thimphu valley,Royal Textile & Meseum, Trashi chhodzong-fortress in Thimphu.Overnight Stay at Thimphu.
Day 3 :Thimphu- Paro (65 km in 2 hrs)
After breakfast transfer to Paro. The Paro valley extends from the confluence of the Paro Chhu and the Wang Chhu rivers at Chuzom upto Mt. Jomolhari at the Tibetan border to the North. This picturesque region is one of the widest valleys in the kingdom and is covered in fertile rice fields and has a beautiful, crystalline river meandering down the valley.On arrival in Paro, check in at the hotel. Afternoon visit Ta Dzong - National Museum with an excellent collection of arts, relics, religious thangkha, etc. Rinpung Dzong - Meaning "fortress of the heap of jewels". The dzong now serves as the administrative and judicial seat of Paro. Overnight stay at hotel in Paro.
Day 4 : Hike To Taktsang (08 am -4pm)
After breakfast visit Drukgyel Dzong. Also visit famous Taktsang Monastery - called “Tiger's Nest” – a UNESCO world Heritage site (2-3 hrs hike from the base camp) & Kitchu Monastery. Ponis are available for hire. Overnight stay will be at hotel in Paro.
Day 5 : Paro to Paro Airport
After breakfast check out of your hotel and travel back to Paro for your onward journey. As you go home the sweet & everlasting memory of Northeast Trip Planner in your mind and prompt you now and again to revisit this place.
